We are pleased to invite researchers, innovators and industry experts to submit contributions to the 8th SmartRaCon Scientific Seminar (SRC8SS).

The seminar will provide a platform to present and discuss the latest scientific achievements, research outcomes, and innovation developments supporting the future of rail transport in Europe. Contributions should be related to Europe’s Rail projects or other relevant rail research and innovation initiatives.

Types of Contributions

We welcome the submission of extended papers and posters addressing results and developments from:

• Project Contributions – Results, testing activities, demonstrations, and innovations stemming from Europe’s Rail Innovation Pillar, System Pillar, or related projects.
• PhD Contributions – Research findings, methodologies, and approaches developed within doctoral projects relevant to rail innovation and Europe’s Rail activities.
• Poster Contributions – Research outcomes, infrastructures, collaborative initiatives, associations, and networks contributing to rail innovation and development.
