Article 15 (Principle of transparency) of the EU-Rail financial rules states that the JU shall make available on its internet site no later than 30 June of the following financial year information on the recipients of funds deriving from its budget.

On 4 June 2025, FP4-Rail4EARTH held an internal workshop on the topic “CO2e, climate adaptation, resilience” at the UNIFE premises in Brussels. The session featured presentations from our Rail4EARTH partners and open discussions on the project’s progress over its first two years, including developments in CO₂e life cycle assessment (LCA) emission calculations, related data bases/norms and climate adaptation’s state of play. Partners also explored how railway specifications must evolve to strengthen European resilience in the face of climate change.
