Live on-site DAC presentation at UIP Keepers’ Summit conference in Valencia

Organised every year, the UIP Keepers’ Summit aims to provide a platform to discuss and exchange topics at the heart of rail freight business. The 2025 edition took place in Valencia on 23 May in cooperation with UIP’s Spanish Member association FAPROVE.
With this year’s focus on Spanish rail freight and its better integration into domestic and international logistic chains with notably a modernization of its network, the DAC also naturally found its way into the discussion as a key element for a better performance of rail freight operations.
In fact, a real DAC Cargoflex design by VOITH was exhibited at the conference and attracted many curious eyes. Touching was explicitly allowed and questions encouraged.
Experts from VOITH also gave a presentation of the evolution of the design and its deep interlinkage with the project FP5-TRANS4M-R by Europe’s Rail.
