TRA 2024 Conference: FP2 R2DATO: Stepwise Approach for the Autonomous Tram
The FP2 R2DATO project aims to develop the next generation of automatic train control for scalable automation up to 2030, improving the capacity of European rail networks while reducing costs. It also supports the development of highly automated urban trams, aimed at streamlining operations, revitalising depot management, and improving the safety and efficiency of tram operations.
