Annual Activity Reports

Europe’s Rail Annual Activity Report is a yearly publication highlighting the progress made by all five Shift2Rail’s research & innovation programmes and cross-cutting activities during the previous year. The Annual Activity Reports also include details about Shift2Rail’s and Europe’s Rail’s Call for Proposals including a list of projects and financial details for each year. In 2021 the Europe’s Rail Joint Undertaking (EU-Rail) became the legal and universal successor of the Shift2Rail Joint Undertaking (S2R). Hence, EU-Rail has succeeded in the management of the S2R JU Research and Innovation Programme. The Annual Activity Report 2021, Annual Activity Report 2022, and Annual Activity Report 2023 are published by Europe’s Rail. However, in these reports, references may still be made to the S2R Programme.
