On 2 October, our Executive Director, Giorgio Travaini, will participate in two sessions on rail freight and digital innovations for customers.
From 14:00 CET to 14:45 CET, Mr Travaini wil participate in a session titled; “Which EU framework to support rail freight competitiveness?” together with a future MEP (member of the TRAN Committee), the Chair of UTP’s Rail System Committee & CEO of DB Cargo France Alexandre Gallo (confirmed) as well as Geneviève Lafferere from the French NGO “France Nature Environnement” (confirmed). Later, from 16:30 CET to 17:30 CET, he will participate in a session on “The role of digitalisation in customer relationship” with Christophe Fanichet, CEO of SNCF Voyageurs , Michel Quidort, President of the European Passengers’ Federation, Florian Maitre, Vice-President for Transport of the Grand Lac Metropolitan Council & Vice-President of the GART in charge of digital mobility, as well as Mélanie Vergnon, Coordinator of the National Transport Innovation Agency.
