In accordance with Article 93(5) of the Single Basic Act, the Governing Board of the Europe’s Rail Joint Undertaking shall meet once a year in a General Assembly and all participants to the research and innovation activities of the Europe’s Rail Joint Undertaking shall be invited to attend.
The assembly shall stimulate reflection on the overall direction of the activities of the Europe’s Rail Joint Undertaking while conducting an open and transparent discussion on the progress of the Master Plan implementation.
