Welcome aboard the European Train Journey to InnoTrans 2026!

Registration and Departure

Registration will take place at the South Entrance of Brussels South Station, across from the Air France offices. The following picture shows where the registration desk will be located, and the map indicates the location in the station.

Please ensure you are on time: registration will be open from 08:00 to 09:00. Passengers need to be registered by 09:00 before proceeding to the platform from where the train will depart.

Passengers boarding in Cologne: the platform will be communicated soon. To board, please stay close to the middle of the train, near the door of coach 26.

Arrival

The train will arrive at the Berlin Central Station, Level -2. After arriving, all passengers are invited to join the Welcome Ceremony, taking place at Level -1, which is easily reachable from the platform where the train will stop. Indicated below on the map is the area where the train will stop. In case you are interested in joining the ceremony, a group of passengers will move together to reach the venue and you can follow the crowd.
