Article 15 (Principle of transparency) of the EU-Rail financial rules states that the JU shall make available on its internet site no later than 30 June of the following financial year information on the recipients of funds deriving from its budget.

On 19 November the Council of the European Union adopted the regulation establishing Europe’s Rail Joint Undertaking and nine other European Partnerships to accelerate the green and digital transition. It entered into force today following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union and marks the start of these partnerships.
