Successful Face-to-Face Meeting in Vienna for Work Package 7: Regional Rail Integrated Demonstrators Preparatory Work

Members of the WP7 recently gathered in Vienna for a productive face-to-face meeting. The event provided a crucial opportunity to review ongoing activities, reflect on key lessons learned, and strategically plan the next two years of work.

With representatives also from all leaders of the technical WPs, discussions focused on the progress made so far, identifying challenges, and sharing best practices to enhance collaboration. The lessons learnt session played a vital role in shaping the way forward, ensuring that experiences from the preparatory phase inform future implementation steps.

Looking ahead, the team mapped out a comprehensive action plan for the next two years. This roadmap will guide the preparatory actions for integrated demonstrator, ensuring alignment with project goals and maximizing the impact for Calls 2 and 3.
