Europe’s Rail Joint Undertaking has launched its Call for Proposals 2026-01, with a total EU contribution of €6.1...
The first Europe’s Rail Info Day of 2026 attracted more than 210 stakeholders from across the European rail ecosystem. Held online on 9 February, the EU-Rail team experts elaborated the new Call for Proposals 2026-01, which focuses on sustainable, passenger-centred rail, with a total EU contribution of €6.1 million. It provides a great opportunity for experts in rolling stock, automated multimodal mobility systems, and hyperloop technologies.
The event provided participants with key insights into the objectives of the Europe’s Rail Research and Innovation Programme and outlined opportunities to contribute to a smarter, sustainable and passenger-centred rail system across Europe.
You can now access the slides presented during the info session to explore detailed insights from the event.
If you were unable to attend the live session, the recording of the Info Day is now available to watch. In the video, you will find:
- A detailed overview of the newly launched Call
- Guidance on the legal and financial aspects of proposal submission.
- A live Q&A session with EU-Rail experts to address questions from attendees.
To further support collaboration and proposal development, we invite you to register on Europe’s Rail dedicated online matchmaking platform. Join other experts to express interest in specific destinations, organise virtual meetings, find partners and build or join consortia.
