Co-organised by EU-Rail together with the European Commission, ALE, CER, EIM, ERA and UNIFE, the Awards celebrate initiatives that drive meaningful change and create opportunities for women in the railway industry.
The 2026 edition will recognise projects and activities that make a significant contribution to advancing the railway sector and improving access for women.
The winners will be announced at InnoTrans 2026 in Berlin, showcasing outstanding achievements in leadership, innovation, education and operations.
