Experts working on Shift2Rail-funded projects on R&I for digital services presented their final results during an event that took place on 5 November in Brussels. The conference clustered results from ATTRACkTIVE and Co-ACTIVE – Shift2Rail projects working on seamless door-to-door travel for all citizens in Europe.

Participants had the opportunity to find out more about how Shift2Rail aims to offer more intuitive and engaging travel experiences to rail customers. The main topics included travel shopping, trip tracking, booking and ticketing, and the development of a travel companion.

Visitors also had the opportunity to participate in a networking session, test different technology demonstrators developed by ATTRACkTIVE and Co-ACTIVE and attend several technical sessions.

Take a look at our Catalogue of Solutions to find out more about what Shift2Rail is doing to improve digital services.
