Online launch of the Shift2Rail R&I Awards 2020 coming soon!

Shift2Rail is looking forward to launch its Research and Innovation Awards in a webinar open to Members and partners of Shift2Rail projects. The prizes aim to acknowledge the commitment and progress accomplished by the teams working in Shift2Rail funded projects throughout Europe and beyond to deliver the Shift2Rail R&I Programme, creating innovative solutions to deliver a transformation of Europe’s railway systems.

Applications for the best Shift2Rail projects will be open for the following four categories:

  • The Green-Deal Freight Award
  • The Digitalisation Award
  • The Project Management Award
  • The Women in Rail Research and Innovation Award

We will shortly fix the date for the online launch of the Shift2Rail prizes. You will be sent an Outlook calendar invitation with the details on how to connect to Webex to join the event. It will be an opportunity not only to hear about this year’s prizes and how to apply, but also for all our Members and project partners to exchange informally about other Shift2Rail updates during this time of limited in-person contact.
