As Europe’s railways expand, their safety and efficiency depend increasingly on knowing every train’s position....
For the European Year of Skills 2023 we are producing a video series. Watch as we share personal experiences of our Founding Members, partners, and staff though video messages, encouraging young people to build their careers in rail.
Learn directly from people in the industry what are the skills you can develop while working in rail, what skills are necessary to have and what skills are used daily. This way we are putting skills centre-stage and promoting a mindset of reskilling and upskilling. We are bringing organisations and people together to share their experiences and insights.
In this edition, hear from Mr Miroslav Haltuf, Chairperson of our States Representative Group (SRG). The SRG is a body of the Europe’s Rail Joint Undertaking, and it comprises representatives of the EU Member States and of the countries associated to Horizon Europe. The SRG has several tasks, such as the review of information and the provision of opinions on the strategic orientation of the JU and on key documents such as our Master Plan, and the Multi-Annual Work Programme, as well as acting as an interface for national and regional research and innovation programmes.
