The call for scientific paper submissions for the Transport Research Arena 2020 (TRA2020) is open. Authors can submit their papers for two review tracks: journal track and conference track. Papers that are submitted for the journal track will be considered for publication in special issues of the European Transport Research Review (ETRR) and they must be full papers. Papers offered solely for the conference can be short papers. The deadline for submitting works is 30th of April 2019.
TRA 2020 will centre around the topic “Rethinking transport – towards clean and inclusive mobility”. The conference will focus on rethinking how research, development, and innovations can deliver what users and the planet are calling for. Scientific and technical sessions will be an opportunity to present research papers, the best of which will be published in peer-reviewed journals. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
Shift2Rail project presented 27 scientific papers in the last TRA 2018. Shift2Rail researchers presented at Shift2Rail stand, which was a prominent stage to introduce our Innovation Capabilities 3D map, an interactive graphic document on how the JU works to deliver the railway systems of the future.
