Curious about the skills needed to work in the rail sector? During the European Year of Skills 2023, we will be sharing personal experiences of our Members, partners and staff though video messages, encouraging young people to build their careers in rail.

We are putting skills centre-stage, to promote a mindset of reskilling and upskilling. We want to bring organisations and people together to share their experiences and insights.
